Users must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations while using the pk ko platform. Any form of fraud, hacking, use of bots, or accessing the service via automated software is strictly prohibited. Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account or trying to breach the platform's security measures will be considered a serious violation. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly forbidden, and such activities will be reported to the relevant authorities. In the event of any violation, pk ko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Deposits are generally processed within a few minutes, though delays may occur due to the bank or payment gateway. Withdrawal requests are processed within the designated timeframe after the verification process is complete. Users must use a payment method registered in their own name; transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted. For any suspicious transaction, pk ko may request additional verification documents and reserves the right to place the transaction on hold if necessary.

The platform bears no responsibility for financial losses resulting from a user's own decision to participate in gaming or betting activities.
